As before, it is possible to choose to embed the self-service on your own website, but you can also choose to run it as a separate page. To further support this, we have made it possible to create your own domain. Read more about the setup in the guide: Own domain for the self-service and order forms.
If you choose to run the self-service as a separate site, it can be an advantage to add a link back to your primary website. In addition, it is also possible to add links to the menu.
Open the account menu in the top right corner and select ‘Primary settings’.
Open the unit’s business policy by clicking the blue text:
Scroll down to the section regarding the self-service. Click Go to overview of page content setup
Click Navigation menu
Under Back-to-website URL link, insert the URL. Note that it must start with https://, for example
Please note that it is also possible to change the text on the link below under Back to website button
If you want other links, under External links, click the +Add button
Add Text, URL and optionally an icon. You can add as many links as you want.
Once you have made the additions and changes you want to the menu, remember to scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save
