Show special message to customers

It is possible to show special messages to your customers. For example, if there are delays with newspaper delivery due to the weather, or before holidays, to remind customers that they can put their subscription on pause.

  1. Open the account menu in the top right corner and select ‘Primary settings’.

  2. Open the unit’s business policy by clicking the blue text:

  3. Scroll down to the section regarding the self-service. Click Go to overview of page content setup.

  4. Select Subscriptions overview

  5. Under Subscription messages, click the +Add button

  6. You can now write a message to your subscribers in the text box, choose which color the message has, whether there is an icon, link text and URL.

  7. If you click Conditions, you can further limit the period in which the message is displayed.

  8. You can also limit it to specific campaigns, customer types, etc. This is done by clicking +Add condition and setting up conditions for who receives the message.

  9. Remember to scroll to the bottom and save the settings you have made.
