Adjust buttons, texts and placement of elements

By default, Iteras has standard texts and button names. However, the self-service now makes it possible to adapt these to the exact wording that reflects your company and customer group.

Under page content setup, all available options for texts, functions and flows are shown.

However, please be aware that the elements are only displayed if the relevant settings are activated, e.g. under the business policy, campaign, etc. This applies, among other things, to functions such as holiday options.


To edit these, you must

  1. Open the account menu in the top right corner and select ‘Primary settings’.

  2. Open the unit’s business policy by clicking the blue text:

  3. Scroll down to the section regarding the self-service. Click Go to overview of page content setup


  4. For each section, you have the option to click the blue text,

    and change the wording to exactly what you want. You can also add help text, for example as with “Register vacation”, as shown below.

    It is also possible to change the order of the options by dragging the elements to a new position if they have an arrow icon on the right side.

  5. Remember to scroll down to the bottom of the page after making changes to save the settings.​
