If you have issued a credit note to a customer, please note that Iteras does not automatically send credit notes to customers, as regular customers usually just want to know what they need to pay.
If you have a customer who wants to receive the credit note, please note that Iteras only allows credit notes to be sent via e-mail or Peppol.
To send a credit note, you must do the following:
Open the relevant credit note
Press the ‘Send now [..]’ button — the text varies depending on whether it is being sent by e-mail or via Peppol
According to jobs in Iteras, it may take a little time before it is actually sent. Until the sending has gone through, it will be possible to cancel sending.
Once the credit note has been sent, the button will change, and it will be possible to resend the credit note if an error occurred or if the customer wants it sent again.
