Address autocomplete

Updated this week

Iteras autocompletes addresses as they are entered, whether it is the subscriber who enters the address themselves in a signup form, or the publisher/customer service who enters the address in the system’s publisher interface. However, it is possible to enter addresses that are not “found,” i.e., to override the address suggestions. Ultimately, the subscriber knows best where they live, and there may be cases where an address does not exist in the official Danish address database from which we retrieve the addresses (DAWA).

If a distribution integration is set up, address autocomplete will still be from DAWA, while address validation will be performed against the address database received from the distribution system. Therefore, no delivery information is shown in connection with autocomplete.

Note: At this time, we can only perform autocomplete for Danish addresses found in DAWA. If you would like this feature for addresses in other countries, such as Norway or Sweden, please contact your Iteras consultant.
