When a payment is made by card, the charge appears on the customer’s online bank account. In addition to the amount, a description of the purchase is shown, and we are occasionally asked whether it is possible to control what appears there.
Often, it is indeed possible. Typically, the name of the Merchant registered in Quickpay (which is often your company name) will be displayed, along with an ID for the charge. However, it is ultimately the acquirer and the bank that decide what is shown, and they may sometimes choose to display something different.
