Error monitoring

You can view different types of errors (e.g., in integration, email delivery, etc.) under the account menu > Error monitoring.

If desired, you can set up Iteras to automatically send an email notification about errors.

Click “Create error reporting” and fill out the form. You can have as many different reports as needed.

Error emails can be configured for the following, provided the integrations exist:

  • Webhook errors

  • Bladkompagniet errors

  • Dimaps errors

  • Podio errors

  • ActiveCampaign errors

  • Invalid address for Betalingsservice

  • Invalid email address

  • Email delivery errors

  • Backup errors

For example, the development team can receive reports about webhook and backup errors, while customer service staff can get emails about missing addresses or invalid customer email addresses and follow up accordingly.
