Login Activity

Under each subscriber, you can see an overview of the subscriber's login activity. Below, you will find an explanation of what the different items in the overview represent.

  • Self-Service logins: Number of times the customer has logged in to Self-Service using a password or a one-time code.

  • Paywall logins: Number of times the customer has logged in via a paywall on your website.

  • Paywall Use: Logins via the paywall, as well as the number of times an already logged-in customer's access has been renewed without requiring a new login. This happens approximately once a day per browser.

  • Failed login: Number of unsuccessful login attempts for this subscriber, e.g. due to an incorrect password.

  • One-time passwords requested: Codes sent to the customer to log in without a password.

  • Password resets requested: Requests for an email containing a link to set a new password.

  • IP Addresses: The different IP addresses from which login activity originated during the period. This information can be used to identify potentially suspicious login activity, including indications that the customer is sharing their access with others.
