Each publisher can create an unlimited number of publications. The publication is understood as the magazine itself, not the individual issues/numbers. Here we describe the different settings.
To create a new publication, to Account menu in the top right corner > click on Create Product Category and select Subscription/Membership Product. You will then be presented with a form to fill in.
Subscription Product
Business entity: Select which business unit this publication should be linked to.
Name: The name of the publication, e.g., “The Active Sportsman.”
Logo: If the publication’s logo is different from the logo associated with the business unit, upload the publication’s logo here.
External ID: Used for integration with external systems (e.g., Prenly).
Unitprice at stop(incl. VAT): If filled in, the remaining amount for partially completed periods (where the duration depends on allocations) will be calculated based on this price instead of as a proportion of the campaign’s price. This can be used to prevent a subscriber who cancels midway from benefiting from the discount on the entire subscription.
VAT Rate: Choose whether VAT should be applied. Most will need to apply VAT today.
VAT Rate for Digital: For print publications that are not subject to VAT, there is usually VAT on digital subscriptions. This can be specified here.
PostNord
Here you can enter PostNord’s magazine number if you distribute your magazine via this channel. It will be printed on the address files.
Disable processing
If you need to stop allocation of issues for any reason, you can do so here.
Press "Save" and the new publication will be created.
