Changing campaign prices

Changing the price of a campaign in Iteras is easy: Simply locate the campaign you wish to update and enter the new price on the invoice lines where the change should apply. This new price will then apply to all invoices created going forward—that is, the next time the subscription is due for invoicing.

Prices on already created invoices are not affected, so the change has no retroactive effect.

However, subscribers who have already been assigned a new subscription period but have not yet been invoiced will receive the updated price. This can happen, for example, if delayed invoicing is enabled for the campaign or if invoicing has been temporarily disabled.

Another way to manage a price change is to create an entirely new campaign with the updated price and let the current campaign roll over into it. This achieves the same result but makes it easier to track how many subscribers are now paying the new price.
