On the overview page in the self-service, subscribers will be shown the subscriptions they have purchased. In addition to the aforementioned benefits, it is also possible to show an image or graphic that illustrates the relevant campaign. Subscribers can also see which benefits are included with the subscription, as shown in the image below. On the left, you can see an example of how the display looks if no image has been selected.
Please note that the image itself must be prepared and adjusted in size before it is uploaded to Iteras. The image is displayed in 16:9 format and is automatically scaled to the screen size it is displayed on.
For the best result, we recommend uploading an image that is 1600 x 900 pixels.
Click Sales in the menu on the left
Select Image library and click the button on the right +Upload image
Give the image a descriptive name, click Choose file and find and select the image from your files, click open
Finish by clicking Save. Repeat the process for each image that needs to be uploaded.
Upload image to multiple campaigns
If you have several campaigns that need to have the same image linked, it can be an advantage to do this through an automation.
Open the account menu in the top right corner
Select Automations
Click “+New automation”
Under Campaign, select ‘Set product image on campaign’’
Name the automation, e.g. product image
Under Execute in the future, keep the setting ‘execute manually only’
In under the following conditions, by clicking ‘+Add condition’, select “If the campaign is one of”. In the list, now select the campaigns that should have the same image.
Under Product image, then select the relevant image for the selected campaigns.
Finish by clicking Execute now and confirm by clicking Execute now in the pop-up box
Uploade image to a few campaigns
If you have a few campaigns, you can choose to manually link a product image to each campaign.
Click on the menu item Sales
Select Campaigns and open the specific campaign you want to add pictures to
Under Product image, click the Choose image button and click the image you want to link to the specific campaign.
Scroll to the bottom and click Save changes. Repeat the process for each campaign that needs to have an image linked.
