Overview
Use the Subscription balances export to see, per subscription, how much has been delivered and how much remains to be fulfilled. You’ll find it under Financials → Subscription balances.
Scope & rows
The export includes all subscriptions.
If a subscriber has multiple subscriptions, they will appear once per subscription.
What each balance shows (as of the export time)
Issue-based subscriptions
Delivered: number of issues already delivered.
Remaining (owed): number of issues still to deliver.
Time-based subscriptions
Delivered: amount of service time already delivered.
Remaining (owed): time still to deliver.
Each row clearly indicates whether the subscription is issue-based or time-based.
Filters & options
If your account uses both models, you can choose whether to include issue-based, time-based, or both in the export.
Next campaign
The export also shows the next campaign scheduled to follow the current one, helping you understand upcoming fulfillment and plan transitions.
Typical uses
Fulfillment overview: See how much content/time is still owed to each subscriber/member.
Forecasting: Support future invoicing plans by understanding when and how much will be billed based on remaining balances and upcoming campaigns.
Note (limitation for issue-based):
The export does not account for past manual issue deductions (i.e., using the +/− button on individual subscriptions).
