Label printing from the filter

Updated yesterday

From the filter in Iteras, it is possible to print address labels for Avery 3664 labels (i.e., sheets with 24 labels in 3 columns × 8 rows). This means you can perform a search and print address labels for the resulting subscribers/members.

The function can be found above the filter results via the “Export address labels” button. In practice, this generates a preformatted PDF that can be printed.

Label printing has a few features:

  • You can specify how many labels have already been used on the first sheet, so you don’t have to discard a partially used sheet (works only if the labels used are in rows from the top and from the left in each row).

  • The font size is reduced (up to a certain limit) on individual labels if the name/address to be printed does not fit in the normal font size. This may result in different font sizes on the same sheet - but the individual recipient won’t notice, as they only see their own label.

  • Addresses have a fixed left margin but are otherwise centered on the label according to the longest line.

  • You can choose to display borders if you have trouble getting the alignment right.
